我们部门那个把所有员工都欺负哭的经理，现在被调离原岗位并且不允许再带人了。一个祸害终于被清理。从我最先跟他翻脸、举报，到他被勒令不许跟我讲话、并被送去培训班学习人际关系，一直到最后屡教不改终于被撤职，前后一共用了将近一年时间。

他是一个性格有极大缺陷的人，自负、多疑，生活在自己的世界里，对周围所有人毫无理解和尊重。就是那种从小被父母虐、长大以后心里扭曲接着虐别人的人。对他的悲惨童年我很是同情，但也只是同情而已。我知道这种人是永远不会改变的，只有让他远离可以轻易冒犯别人的位置，才能保障多数人的安全。

但是实际情况是，他的手下换了一批又一批（都是哭着逃走的），唯独他，居然在经理这个位置上坐了十多年，岿然不动。体制是主要问题，其次是他的凶悍风格，导致大部分人不敢和他斗，只有选择跑路。

我虽然不是他的下属，但也因工作需要不幸成为他的受害者之一。从那以后我跟他的所有下属都聊过，一是掌握更多证据，第二也希望更多人能站出来抗争。

所有交谈中，有一次给我印象很深，是一个中国同事给我说的，他说他爸打电话问他，他这样明着跟经理斗，经理会不会私下报复，比如人身伤害什么的。

我当时一下就懵了，真的。我心想，你儿子都被人欺负成那样了，你不教你儿子去人身伤害那个畜生，反而担心你儿子的哪怕一丁点反抗行为会带来所谓的更大伤害？！我的天，人都是这么懦弱的吗？还是这么懦弱的中国人比较多一些？

这要是我爸，我直接就把电话砸了。我脾气暴，而且认死理，这种人不应该在经理的职位上祸害人，我就要竭尽全力把他赶下去。你要敢来“人身伤害”我，除非你心狠手辣把我弄死，否则我一定送你进监狱然后看你在里面被人操翻。（当然了，我本来也不是特别想活，这一点必须承认。）

至少现在还没有人来报复我。偶尔会在走廊和他擦身而过，他从来都是低着头，并没有掏出刀子。

我想说的是，活着有那么重要吗？生命真的有那么美好？能让人对是非和尊严这么重要的东西都可以睁一只眼闭一只眼。

老实说，我们这次斗争的胜利，真正值得炫耀的地方只有一个，那就是在最开始，我们鼓起勇气选择了反抗。至于之后的很多周折直到胜利，实在没有什么高明之处，甚至是运气的成分居多，但是那都不重要，即便最后输了，也不重要。重要的是， it takes courage to do the right thing, and we did it.
